"Sarah's class was one of the first classes that I took my daughter too, it was such a comfortable and calming environment. My daughter was allowed to be her inquisitive self without being forced to do anything that I or she was uncomfortable with. It was lovely to learn new ways to interact, play and learn that I could also take home and do - we still practice at home now and she is 18mths old. It really helped with my 'new mum' confidence and was a lovely way to meet other mums."

"Sarah's parent and baby yoga class is the highlight of my ten month old daughter's week! The classes are small enough to be tailored to the needs, wants, ages and moods of all the babies there but promotes social interaction and fun between the little ones.
Sarah is very welcoming and friendly and is extremely knowledgeable in yoga for both baby and their parent. My little one is a bundle of energy and mischief and Sarah embraces this and adapts the yoga to suit her lively personality. The classes are very much baby lead, which is refreshing compared to other activities we have tried.
My daughter thoroughly enjoys baby yoga and we cannot recommend Sarah highly enough."

Mondays in Perth - Perth Yoga Studio
This is a beautiful spacious room with lots of natural light. The city centre location is ideal next to the Inches where a lot of mums enjoy walking their babies after the class. There is parking available on the street or nearby at the Bells Sport Centre.
Thursdays in Kinross - The Millbridge Hall, Octagonal Room.
The first reason for this choice is the easy access for mums who are either walking from the local area, or driving to the class as there's free parking outside. Another reason I've chosen this space for the baby yoga classes is that it's bright with natural lighting. The room shape supports the class ethos of social interaction of babies and mums enjoying this time together.
The room size and interior is safe for babies to explore once they're crawling without being too far away from their carer.
"Simpli yoga baby class was a really positive experience for both me and my baby. I especially enjoyed and treasured the one to one time spent together. I found it relaxing and beneficial for my health and judging from my baby's laughter he was clearly enjoying the songs, stretching and movement! I would highly recommend. Months on, we are still practising the yoga poses! "
"Leah and I loved baby yoga as soon as you walk in the room you feel relaxed by the atmosphere created. The class itself is wonderful for the babies because it not only allows mummy's (or daddy's!) to have lots of close contact with baby's through gentle massage and touch but also gives baby some gentle exercise through gentle movements which can be great for things like colic. I also loved that the babies can interact with each other while the mummy's do some yoga which again is lovely. All finished off with a healthy snack and some chat in a relaxed environment. It's a great class I would recommend to all mummy's with young babies."
"We've been attending Sarah's Baby Yoga classes since Rory was 3 months old and have loved them since day one. I love how relaxing and supportive the classes are and Rory always comes out of them a sleepy, chilled out baby. It's been great to watch Rory grow throughout the classes and giggle at his favourite parts but also watch how it's given him the confidence to interact with all the other mums, babies and Sarah too. Rory is quite a wriggly, active wee guy so it's great to do something that can engage, but also sooth him at the same time as he can often get over stimulated. I would recommend baby yoga to anybody who is looking for a relaxing yet active way to engage with their baby while having a lot of fun too :)"
"I attended baby yoga classes with my 9 month old son and found the whole experience overwhelmingly positive. The classes were welcoming, the activities were gentle and fun and most importantly, my son greatly enjoyed every aspect. From the outset, the teacher stressed that the whole class was "baby led", meaning that what we did was determined by what our babies wanted to do at any time; nothing was compulsory and the class was structured to encourage our babies' natural behaviour, development and interaction at all times. It was incredibly supportive, positive and nurturing; a wonderful bonding experience for parent and baby." Shona and baby Tom.
