Sarah has a passion for nature, yoga, art, dance, music, kinesiology and working with children.


Since becoming a mum in 2012 Sarah’s focus in yoga has moved from teaching Children’s yoga to Pregnancy, and most recently Mother & Baby classes.


“ My own yoga practise had to change when I became pregnant,  and even when my son was very young the stronger yoga I’d enjoyed previously was no longer possible. I practised a more gentle form of yoga combined with post-natal exercises for the first 2 years after pregnancy. "


The aim of Sarah’s Pregnancy classes is to help mums to relax and enjoy pregnancy, supporting them towards a positive birth experience. These classes are based on her own experience and her yoga training.


The main aim of the Mother & Baby yoga classes is to provide opportunities for mums to spend quality time with baby & learn appropriate yoga for both their needs. This is done in a relaxed class which incorporates songs & yoga sequences that can be used at home.


Sarah is a qualified Primary Teacher and remains registered with the GTC Scotland. She is a certified Yoga teacher for adults, children, teens and babies.


She also has certificates in Bach Flower Remedies, Touch for Health, Holistic Massage, Art Therapy & Reiki.


Since overcoming ME in 2002 and Candida her continuous studies on healthy living are a big passion and she enjoys passing on what's worked in regaining her own health and vitality for life.


Sarah is available for private bookings within Perthshire & Edinburgh.




I attended Sarah's yoga classes from week 15 of my pregnancy right through to delivery of our beautiful daughter in the Spring of 2014.


Even when our daughter was at the stage where she was only happy to be with myself and her Daddy, she always settled in Sarah's arms and I'm convinced this was due to the wonderful association of Sarah with peaceful relaxation that was made during our weekly antenatal yoga classes.


When Sarah started the baby yoga classes we jumped at the chance to attend, and both thoroughly enjoyed them. The classes were baby-led so were adapted on a weekly basis by Sarah to suit the needs of our daughter dependent on her mood, developmental stage and need for her milky refreshment breaks !


Each class focused on a series of exercises and postures for baby and mummy which facilitated bonding and relaxation. For our daughter, the combination of singing and gentle movements were not only fun, but promoted the development of her motor skills, body awareness and social skills. For me, the stretches and positions provided a much needed counteract the flexed posture of breastfeeding and an opportunity to work on regaining my strength and core stability.


Our weekly sessions were a wonderful opportunity to spend some special chill-out time together amidst the sleepless nights, nappy changes and endless loads of little person laundry ! "
