Tailored yoga sessions will encapsulate your day. Suthesh is a master yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience and will expertly craft daily morning and evening sessions. You will be returning to his homeland where he was taught the traditional method in his local area with Sad Guru Maniyettan Yogasramam , and later Sri Sri Ravishankar in Bangalore.
With Suthesh's local knowledge we have arranged a selection of incredible places to stay. From Nights in a traditional houseboat to time spent in luxury resorts by the beach or the lake. We have options for single or twin rooms available. With this variety available we believe this is the best way to feel and live the very soul of Kerala.
Connected with culture
The holiday will include day excursions to historical sights, temples, shops and plenty free time for you to explore the area as you wish, ending with time to relax on the beach or cool down in the pool. With Suthesh's connections, it opens opportunities to explore the intimacy of local life and the warmth of Kerlan hospitality.

We know its important for self-healing to find those moments for personal exploration and reflection. Our trips have been designed with this in mind. Why not sample some local Ayurvedic Therapies, explore the local markets or take a trek to reconnect with nature. Suthesh will give you insights and tips what to look for where to go.
