Chakra Balance Yoga Workshop
A motivating session to lift your spirits and refresh your mind & body.
Suthesh will lead you through a balanced session of yoga practise including asana, breathing and yoga nidra. This workshop will have a focus on chakras, the main energy centres in the body, and will aim to leave you feeling calm, at peace and rebalanced ready to make the most of the remaining Autumn.
The practise will include a break for a warm drink and is open to all levels of yoga practitioners.
