    Namaste

     

    We are all faced with great changes and a completely different life-style - certainly for the immediate future, and possibly beyond that. What hasn't changed however - Simpli Yoga wishes to keep helping you to relax, relieve tension and maintain a flexible and healthy body. Our online classes have remained ongoing and are something we still very much enjoy.

     

    To attend the online classes you'll need to sign up for free on your laptop/computer with Zoom. Or if you prefer to use your phone or iPad you can download the Zoom App for free. Once you have this in place we will send you a Meeting ID & a password number which will allow you to join the group. It doesn't take long to set up.

     

    Private sessions & small groups of friends are available on request.  

     

    Meditation sessions are currently offered on Tuesday and evenings and Thursday mornings. See the timetable for details.

     

    One of the best things we can all do right now is to get as much fresh air as possible. When the sun is shining please take yourselves outdoors and make the most of it. Keep thinking positively and remain gently active with practical activities.

     

    Our thoughts are with you and your families. and we will join as a yoga community online to promote calmness and peace during this time.
