Family Day Retreat

A day to connect and enjoy time together relaxing. <br><br>Date: Saturday 29th August <br>Time : Arrival 1-1.15pm <br>Departure : 5.30pm <br>Venue: Douneside House Spa<br><br>This unique day retreat has been tailored to suit busy parents and their child/children, giving them a restorative day to suit all their needs. <br><br>Adults will enjoy their own yoga session and time in the pool/sauna before enjoying some activities with their children. <br>The children will be spending time in nature, mindful games and tools, yoga and relaxation. <br><br>With healthy refreshments to nurture the mind and body included this is a balanced afternoon to make the most of late summer with your loved ones. <br><br>Limited spaces for one parent and their child/children available. <br><br>The adult yoga will be led by Suthesh who has over 25years experience at teaching and will guide you through a sequence of breath and postures to leave you deeply relaxed. <br><br>The children&#39;s sessions will be led by Sarah, a registered Primary teacher and yoga teacher for children, teens and adults. Since 2009 she has used her teaching experience to support children in her own yoga classes and workshops and loves passing on life skills to help them relax and focus.

Teen Yoga Class

Using yoga and mindful tools we will stretch and promote whole brain learning to relieve stress and allow the mind and body to relax. <br><br>Venue: Carnbo Community Hall, KY13 0NS. Day Retreat - Douneside House

Date: Saturday 19th Sep <br>Time: 9am - 5pm <br>Venue: Douneside House, Tarland, Aboyne, AB34 4UL. <br>Cost : £75 deposit to secure place, remaining balance due on 14/9/26<br><br>In this tranquil setting in Tarland you&#39;ll be looked after from the moment you arrive. Your day will include 2 yoga/meditation sessions, time to relax in the pool /sauna/jacuzzi and gym, a 2 course delicious vegetarian lunch, refreshments and free time to enjoy the nature in the area. Full Moon Meditation

Come along and find out how a guided meditation session will help to support your health and wellbeing at this time. Using a gentle yoga warm up, breathing tools, and a guided session of journalling you&#39;ll be supported to find a calm and peaceful mind and leave feeling very relaxed. <br><br>Led by Sarah this will be a wonderful way to practise in a like minded group. <br><br>Date: Sunday 30th August <br>Time: 7 - 8.30pm <br>Venue: Carnbo Community Hall, Kinross, KY13 0NS. <br><br>

After another successful Yoga Holiday in 2023 we are very much looking forward to taking another group back to the land of the coconuts later this year. <br><br>The dates are set for the next holiday to be 17th October- 1st November. With a range of places to stay and enough time to experience each local area a wonderful time is guaranteed. You&#39;ll be visiting a traditional town, the fabulous beach, a city , nature reserves and enjoy the sunset on a Houseboat with many other highlights along the way.
